Welcome to The Darjeeling in Huntingdon. We are located on the North Siode of the High Street.
We recently under gone a extensive refurbishment to maximise our customer's comfort and to give them an authentic Indian eating expereience and along with it we have introduced an exciting new Menu to accompany our transformation.
The Darjeeling prides itself on offering refined food from diverse regions, anbd we prepare all our meals with fresh ingredients and spices which reflect on todays India. On our menu you will find all your favourite traditional meals as well as a great selection of vegetarian cruisine and also dishes from Ceylon.
There are specialties like mouth watering Tandoori Salmon, Succulent Lamb Hasina (Pieces of Lamb marinated in spices, skewered and barbequed with onions, tomatoes and capsicum) and Chicken or Lamb Pasanda (marinated in fresh cream with ground almonds, sultanas, hearbs and spices). In addition to this we also have some exciting new "House Specialities".
